I had a wonderful Sunday! As I was visiting a very close friend in San Angelo (TX), I went to the Divine Liturgy at the local Greek Orthodox Church, which just so happens to be one of the only, if not THE only, Old Calendar parish under the G.O. Archdiocese of America! Imagine that! only 2 hours from my house!! in West Texas of all places!! Anyway, this was my second visit to this parish, but the first for their Divine Liturgy, and indeed, it truly was Divine! The whole experience was so uplifting- everyone was so accomadating enthusiastic! The priest and his family even invited my company and me to lunch. Another particularly interesting thing is that he has a daughter who is exactly my age! You should see their web page at
