Re: Why not an Orthodox Cable Station?

I think this is a great idea and one that is long overdue. It is a shame that beautiful faith as ours does not have a show on TV or cable.

I think if the Bishops, Archbishops and Metropolitans were sent a petition of some sorts it can become feasible. Perhaps a letter to the headquarters of SCOBA.

The cable channel could have programing for the youth on the weekends, talk shows, special airins of Holiday Feast days such as Christmas and Pascha and most importantly the Divine Liturgy for those that are shut ins.
