Can anyone tell me which translation of the O.T. and N.T. is officially recognized by the Eastern Orthodox Church.

Recently I've been reading about the Holy Bible from the ancient eastern text from the Peshitta (translated into English) as being the bible authorized by the Church of the East. This one in particular was translated by George M. Lamsa. Any input on this particular translation and Lamsa himself would be appreciated.
