Jewish Conspiracy?

In the come recieve the light programme on this site, Metropolitan PHILIP says that Jews control Hollywood, the State department, the economy etc. Is this a common belief among the Orthodox? That a Jewish conspiracy runs the country? As someone who is interested in Orthodoxy, I'm alarmed to hear one of the leaders making statements like this.
