I don't have a clue how many Orthodox are converts but I'm one. I was baptized in January 2002. My parish is Antiochian and I haven't experienced any others, though there is a Greek Cathedral here, but they have pews and it's mostly in Greek and I've got enough to handle as is, so I haven't explored. I've read several of the books you mentioned (and just finished a good one by Archbishop Paul of Finland called The Faith We Hold). How was the one by Seraphim Rose's niece? I've been meaning to look for it but haven't. Anyway, sorry I couldn't answer your question, but there aren't many Orthodox where I am so I'm starved to talk to others!
