Tens of thousands in the Antiochian Archdiocese alone and growing steadily. In 1987 when the former Evangelicals converted en mass, there were some 2000 converts which had increased to a little over 10,000 some ten years later.

The books you mentioned are indeed very encouraging. I would add some meatier books to your list: Divine Energy by Fr Jon Braun, Orthodox Worship by Benjamin Williams and Harold Anstall, Praying with Icons by Jim Forest and Facing East by Frederica Matthewes-Green.
