I second your motion. I believe that this is a great way for jurisdictions to work together towards common goals through SCOBA etc and to present the "One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church" in a tangible manner to the United States. The question is: how do we let people know of this effort and how do we present the idea to SCOBA, etc? Anyone have any insights?
