i agree with u, it's somehow in a protestant way.

I prefer to say the Jesus Prayer too,

i can say no need for theatrics when we have the canon of scriptures and the traditions and

history of the Church: but these fits someone who's inside our church , such things help the one outside - someone that never noticed at all that's somethin wrong is goin on with his life.

i just liked to share somethin i got by e-mail.i fwded to some friends outside our church they just said it's scared them lollllllllllllll,,,,

anyway , move on to something deeper.
