I have cable internet, very fast.

Windows XP.

Fully updated Win MediaPlayer and Real Player.

Firefox, fully updated.

I'm interested in subscribing, but when I click to watch a free video, I'm told that a plug-in is missing. Clicking on the message (and green puzzle piece) to search for the missing plug-in yields no results.

A potential new customer hangs in the balance.
