Greetings Dr. Brent,
The system takes your IP address as "paper trail" in case of fraudulent
activity. If someone were to use a fraudulent or stolen credit card, then
we would be able to provide some evidence of their whereabouts to the
authorities. Its a precautionary safeguard.

You may use your login and access from any computer you wish.
