Judging from the subject heading this in email, you received your error from the Error 401 page which means that the solution has something to do with your login information.


It is important to be sure to enter the login name and password with the same capitalization that you entered when you signed up for OTV. I have tested your account with the correct capitalization and spacing that you provided when you signed up and it is working properly. Please let me know if this helps.
