Frank Schaeffer Video

Greetings. I am a new Plus subscriber. I have attempted numerous times to access and run the Frank Schaeffer video without success. I am using a cable modem and windows 98 OS. I have also downloaded Window Media Player v7. I have been able to view other videos offered by OTV, but not any of the sermons by Schaeffer or Bishop Kallistos. Each time I click on the link, Media Player Control launches, but it appears to be the old v6.4. It attempts to load the video, but quits. The error details shows (Error=C00D0013). Please advise.
