i get video but no audio

I have subscribed to Orthodox tv on the Plus membership.
When i click on a program, i only get video but no audio.
I have Windows 98. I have downloaded Media Player 7.1 twice.
I have even uninstalled RealPlayer and RealJukebox for the time being until i can fix the current problem. Maybe i didn't uninstall them correctly.
Anyway, i don't know what else to do. I have a dial up modem on a regular phone line, a 56K modem.

Please let me know what else i can do.
