CHRIST IS RISEN!
Here are some troubleshooting tips, please let me know if they work for you:
1. Can you confirm that your audio card is working properly? Can you play CDs or other music/sounds from your speakers?
2. Be sure that the audio is turned up on your speakers
3. Be sure that the audio is turned up on the computer speaker volume. There is usually an icon on the bottom right of your windows tray. Right-click on it and choose "Open Volume Controls." Be sure that "Mute all" is not selected and that the faders are turned up.
4. Be sure that the volume is turned up within Windows Media Player. There should be a speaker fader within the Windows Media Player program.
If none of these work, please let me know, and I will take you through a soundcard test.
(which video programs have you tried to listen/watch that didnt work for you?)
