There is a special link near the bottom of the video viewer for folks using Mac's, Netscape, Opera, and other systems.

This link will open the Windows Media Player directly and allow you to view the media.

The issue is that Mac and Netscape do not handle Microsoft's embedded media player properly. This link should remedy that.
