On the final checkout page there should be an area for notes and comments. Please put your complete Shipping Address as you would like it there and a note to that effect. We will be sure to ship it exactly as you tell us.

Please note that if there are any additional shipping charges to CA, then we will notify you via email and request your confirmation of these charges before shipment.
