I am the only Orthodox Latino that I know of so far. I come from a devout Roman Catholic background and from an all Spanish speaking church. I really have the urge to share my faith with people of the Latin American community, but I know that what we need is more bilingual converts first. Does anybody know any Orthodox christians who are Latino? I want to get something big started in this issue. The Latino community is full of Christ loving people and it is ripe for Orthodoxy to gain a foothold. If we start Liturgies in Spanish and preach to the Latino community, the Orthodox Church will see growth like never before in this country!
