Absolute and unmitigated rubbish. The Catholic Church is filled with innovations
(i.e. the immaculate conception, papal infallibility) and it has wandered from the true faith. The Orthodox Church is the only true Church of our Lord and Savior. It has kept the faith intact from the earliest days. Take your Catholic babble somewhere else. We're not falling for this.
