I attended Tri City Covenant Church for about one year. They are Reconstructionists, Theocrats if you will. T U L I P or Synod of Dort Calvinism was taught and believed. Reflecting back on it, I'm not so certain anything they held to could fall outside of the realm of Orthodoxy, save the Iconoclasm. If we anathematize "predestination" we will have to anathematize St. Hilary of Poitiers St. David of Wales St. Augustin of Hippo amoung others such as the Church Fathers of the Synod of Carthage and the Synod of Caerilius. Some Orthodox regret having these ideas and beliefs in our past. I don't. We have a rich past, even though on some of the periferal issues not all of the fathers were in accord.
