Re: conversion?

I read your note and was reminded of how different my experience is. I am a convert to the Orthodox church and my wife and I are to be chrismated on Jan. 5/04. My wife is German and I am English/Scottish. We attend an Antiochian Orthodox Church where about 95% of the people are of middle-eastern background including the Priest. I have never had one momment where I felt out of place or not welcome. Some of my friends have asked how I could attend a church like that. The language is part English and part Arabic. When I look around me at the congregation I see brothers and sisters in Christ worshiping God as my wife and I are. We are very blessed. I pray your situation will change so and your family enjoy the whole.
