orthodox christian marriage to a Jew

How should I start?? Well, I guess I'll start with this, I'm orthodox I met and married a Jewish man, in a Lutheran Church. Because I was told that the G.O. Church would not marry us . I thought that it says in the Bible that whole families even their servants were accepted as Christians if even only one of the family became a Christian!!?? Why would the orthodox Christian in this senario be denied her right to the sacrement of marriage? Wouldn't it be much better to marry them and let the partner see how the Christian and her family practice their faith! Even if He never converts , why would or should the woman be denied her faith, and lead her to leave the church and not raise any children as orthdox ??Am I lost?? Can I ever come back to orthodoxy??
