The short but sad answer is... (and I suspect you know this): no. You say you cannot convert and cannot be baptized because it goes against your ancestry and heritage. Then you can readily appreciate your fiance's problem. So, you each have a very difficult decision to make. The Church cannot compromise the Faith to suit individuals. I sincerely wish you both well.
